Our room was much bigger than we expected, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. There are some very steep stairs to get there, but the staff carried our bags down, which made a huge difference. Oia Waves is close to the heart of Oia yet tucked into a peaceful, private part of the island. I really think ours had the best view, with no other house in front and a direct outlook toward the caldera. The pink color also made it easy to find among the surrounding white homes. We loved our stay and highly recommend it for comfort, privacy, and great service.

I’m back for my second stay, and I’ll keep returning whenever I visit Oia. The service is really good, the air conditioning is wonderfully cool, and the facilities feel comfortable and homey. The views are among the most beautiful in Santorini 🌅💙

The apartment had a kitchenette and washing machine, which made things much easier for us. We could enjoy the view instead of going out to look for breakfast. The interiors have a Greek touch and lots of attention to detail. Oia is a small, mountainous town, so be ready for plenty of stairs. This is a special place for guests who like to stay active. We stayed in several much more expensive places during our trip, but even without a pool, this was our favorite.

The view is certainly there, but the smell of cat litter is nauseating. The armchair cushions are very dirty, and the shower is so small that water spills into the room and leaves a puddle. The cleaner doesn’t actually clean, she just puts the towels on the table and leaves. There are at least 100 steps down, and you can’t go any farther. Thanks to Janni for carrying our bags downstairs. I’d love to see it!!!
