The hotel offers a great price for what you get. It’s a 10-minute walk to the beach, which I think is the best on the island, though the narrow road has no sidewalk and could feel dangerous in high season, given how people tend to drive here. It’s a cozy family-run place with a nice pool area and a bar that serves some food, handy if you want to spend the day by the water. My room had direct access to a small porch beside the pool, but the amenities felt somewhat dated. The old window panes don’t close tightly, so noise from passing motorbikes and ATVs, and sometimes strong winds, can make it impossible to sleep.

The rooms were a little small, but very clean. It’s close to the sea and restaurants, and there’s a snackbar on site where you can eat too. The staff were friendly.

I was there for three nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s a family hotel with great service, very clean and quiet rooms, and a very Greek breakfast 😋. The hotel is near some of the best beaches, with a large supermarket right across the road. I loved the family who run it. If you want to experience the original Greek spirit, you should visit this hotel in Perivolos on Santorini. Recommended for the whole family 💯

The pool is nice, but getting to the black sand beach means a dangerous 10-minute walk. The rooms are very small, and the bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. This is a hostel, so you get what you pay for, and breakfast isn’t included. I’d pay more for somewhere nicer and more enjoyable.

I’m spending my last night here, and it’s been a great stay. The area is quiet, the views are nice, and I can’t find anything to fault. The family are welcoming and friendly, and the hotel itself is lovely. Food is excellent for a hotel, perhaps a little dearer than I’d usually pay, but convenient. The bus stop is a minute away on foot, the beach takes about ten minutes, and the big local shop offers pickup and drop-off, which is very handy. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off.
