The owners and staff are helpful and friendly, and there’s plenty of parking. The pool has some lovely shady places to sit, and you can reach everything in just a few minutes on foot. It’s a pretty, traditional place, with all the equipment you need in the room, including free air conditioning. Some sockets and bathroom fixtures could do with an upgrade. They’re in the process of replacing the beds, so they should be lovely and comfortable in 2025. Don’t miss this real little gem.

We had a roomy place with a pleasant outdoor area and swimming pool. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and we got clean towels and sheets each day. The bathroom could use maintenance, and the air conditioner didn’t reach the upper level. Otherwise, it was nice and seemed fairly priced. I’d recommend giving it a try.

The beds were really comfortable, and it was quiet enough that I slept well. The host and staff were very friendly, cleaning was done daily, and they responded to requests in a lovely way. There’s also a bakery open 24/7 just five minutes away that I recommend. A great, sweet hotel.

A nice pool, spacious rooms, and kind, helpful staff made for a really pleasant stay at Sea Wave hotel, especially for the price. Everything in Perissa is close by. To reach other towns, you need to take a bus to Fira first, and on the way back to Perissa, tell the driver to stop at San Antonio. The air conditioning could be better on the upper levels, and the bathrooms need some maintenance, but I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s easy to get here: get off at the bus stop before the last one in Perissa, then walk about five minutes. The sea is another five-minute walk, and from the nearby beach I caught the best sunrise ever. The room was really nice and clean, with a balcony, heating and air conditioning, a complete kitchenette, and a refrigerator. They provided soap, shampoo, towels, and a free 1.5L bottle of water since the tap water isn’t drinkable. We also borrowed an iron and hair dryer. The hot water and toilet worked very well. For the price, I’d definitely recommend it.
