The staff were lovely and the place was very clean, but I wouldn’t recommend it for comfort, food, or coffee. My room had two cot-like beds with terrible mattresses, and since sleep matters to me, I couldn’t wait to get to the beach, where the sunbeds were more comfortable. Breakfast was the same each day: cold scrambled eggs, chopped boiled hot dogs, some pastries, and coffee kept in a warmer. I love coffee and espresso, so that was a real disappointment. For transparency, this is a hotel/apartment where people live with their children and pets, and some areas are off limits after 5 because people live there. If you’re staying for a while, I’d suggest having a car. The water isn’t drinkable or suitable for brushing your teeth, and they don’t supply drinking water. Also remember the hotel tax is €10 per night.

My mother was very happy with her stay, and I’m so grateful I got to be here. The balcony view was beautiful, and my room was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were kind and professional, and they offered me a few extra vegan options so I could have a tasty breakfast. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Kisses from Poland.

Michael and Kiki were wonderful hosts, so lovely and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious, filling, and had a good range of choices. Everything was very clean and quiet, with all the amenities we needed. It’s a unique, family-owned hotel in Santorini, conveniently near the beach, shops, rentals, and restaurants. My friend and I are so glad we chose it, and I’d love to stay with them again when I’m back.

Quiet, clean accommodation close to the beach and good value for the price. Breakfast was acceptable, but there wasn’t proper coffee, just instant coffee sachets. The towels weren’t changed once during our four days.

The host was lovely and very helpful, but the hotel didn’t match what we expected from its 4.7 rating. The rooms are basic, breakfast options are limited, and the shower is a wet room, so water spreads around the bathroom. The sheets and towels looked a little off-white instead of bright white. It’s a family-run business, and I do appreciate how hard people work to make a living. I don’t mean any harm by saying this, but I’d rate it closer to three stars. If you book expecting that rather than a 4.7 standard, you’ll probably be happier.
