For what we paid, the stay was pretty good. We had a market, food, and a bus stop nearby, and the staff let us add another day even though we hadn’t booked that many. We also ended up with a larger room than expected. The view was nice, our room was quiet and gave us privacy, and the stray cats were sweet. On arrival we were given an old, incorrect room. The unplugged fridge stank, and the ancient-looking AC didn’t work. Staff later came to move us, but the woman spoke no English. We managed to communicate somehow and got it sorted in the end. English was limited among staff generally, which made things difficult. After the first or second room service, almost all the towels I’d bought were missing and never returned. I’d also bought a croissant at the market, and it disappeared while I was out. Maybe a cat got it, maybe staff took it, I’ve no idea. The pool was filthy with pigeon droppings, and we never saw anyone, including staff, by the pool or bar. Still, the experience was good for the price, though some things could have been better.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the pool amazing. It’s a no-frills, two-star budget hotel in a great location. Six of us paid £10 a night each, and for that price I’d happily stay again. I don’t know what more some people expect.

We got a lot for what we paid, and the staff were really kind and helpful. John even drove us from the airport to the hotel for a fair price, then helped us get quads to ride around the island.

The service was very good, and the staff were lovely and ready to help at any time. The rooms are ordinary, though the toilet and bath area aren’t separated from the room, which was inconvenient. It would be good if management could put a partition between the toilet and bath area.

For the price, this was a great place to stay in Santorini. There’s a market and beach very close by. John was a big help with transport and information. I recommend it!
