We stayed at Kasteli a couple of years ago and somehow never wrote a review, even though they deserve one. Fanis and the staff made us feel at home from the minute we arrived, and they genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. The place itself is beautiful, but the team’s warmth is what really makes it stand out. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it without hesitation.

Kasteli luxury room in Perissa was a great base for a peaceful holiday. The room was nice and clean, with airco and wireless, and both the beach and public transport were close by. Buses to Fira, Oia, Pyrgos, and Megalohori run easily, about every hour. Fanis and Marina were wonderful to me, and I felt at home. I also loved eating fish each evening at Fratzeskos Terace, where you can pick from a good offer of fresh fish. The tuna grilled was my favorite. Lovely teraces too. I truly recommend this place.

The family running the hotel were charming and treated us fantastically throughout our stay. We spent three lovely nights here and were really pleased with the hospitality and professionalism. If we return to Santorini, we’ll stay here again without a doubt.

It’s in a relaxed part of Santorini, right by the beach and away from the crowds, and I’d gladly return. Our room was impeccably clean, breakfast was fantastic, and the owner and everyone working there were kind and friendly. Everything about this hotel felt perfect.

Fanace (I might have mispelt his name) and his wife made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They went beyond what we expected, and I’d definitely recommend the property to friends. The rooms were clean, with simple but just-right interior design. We had the best time.
