Patina Vivera Estate

Bianca was available around the clock and quick to help whenever we needed information or assistance. Eva and Aris made us feel at home, and their delicious breakfast each morning gave the stay a warm, personal touch. It was our first visit to Santorini, and choosing Vivera was one of our best decisions. The villa is beautiful and comfortable, with stunning views and spectacular sunsets from the terrace. Everything about the hospitality and location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Demi and Nikos, the owners, clearly put a lot of love into the beautiful Vivera Estate, and they were thoughtful about making sure our stay was special. It’s set in the hills of Pyrgos, with breathtaking views and a peaceful feel that’s hard to put into words. We proposed to my girlfriend during the trip, and the team helped make the moment magical. Bianca, the property manager, was warm, attentive, and on top of everything. She even picked up flowers at the last minute for the proposal. Eva and Aris were the heart of our stay, keeping the villa spotless and adding thoughtful personal touches. Their kindness and attention to detail made a real difference. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and met such wonderful people. We’ll remember it for the rest of our lives and can’t wait to return!

Bianca and her team made our stay perfect, with service that went above everything we expected. The house itself was amazing, with beautiful rooms and spaces and equipment of a quality that delighted us. Over 30 years of travelling around the world, we’ve rented many homes, and this is definitely among our top five. Pyrgos is a lovely village with local life and beautiful views, away from the tourists. We’ll certainly come back. Congratulations on all the hard work and dedication.

The crew were the heart of this stay. Antonio helped us before, during, and after, sharing a wealth of information and arranging easy transfers to and from the port and airport, plus a rental car for a day. He also organized a lovely couples massage on the patio and a dinner out, and patiently answered all our many questions. Eva and Aris went the extra mile, keeping Patina + Vivera immaculate and making a wonderful daily breakfast, far more than we could eat. We’d planned to have a private chef one morning, but with them it felt like we already did. We look forward to returning with the whole family. Our 13-year-overdue honeymoon ended with a stay we wished had been longer, thanks to Antonio, Eva, and Aris of the Patina crew. It was our final stop on a 13-day trip to Greece. The villa, location, and views were all five-star, and the people made it even better. Patina is stunning, with each area offering its own experience. We had a hard time choosing which room to sleep in or shower to use. From the infinity pool and hot tub, the caldera and whole west coast gave us an unbelievable sunset. The living areas were comfortable and had technology like you’d see in a five-star Las Vegas hotel, including a patio sound system you can control from poolside. We’re designing a house and want to use some ideas from Patina + Vivera. The location was ideal for privacy, and is only a short walk from Pyrgos, with dining, shopping, and blue domes for anyone wanting to avoid the Oia crowds, as we did. A trail beside the villa makes for an enjoyable hike to the island peak and 360-degree views. It’s a great starting point for exploring the island, though we’d happily have stayed at the villa longer. We almost didn’t write a five-star review because we’d like to keep Patina (and Vivera) a secret.
