Emmanuel Apartments

This small hotel even has an elevator, and we had a wonderful vacation. The staff were kind and very helpful, and they left welcome gifts in our room. The bedding was perfectly clean. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a kitchen, washing machine and a large balcony, with plenty of space. It's on a quiet, leafy street near the Old Town. The rooms were even nicer than the photos.

The apartments are well placed for both the beach and the old town, and the rooms are large and very clean. Staff were warm and accommodating. A great choice for families who want to experience Rhodes. Highly recommend, and I'd happily return.

I've stayed in plenty of places over the years, and this apartment was one of the best. The people running the house were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and cozy. You can walk to the sea, and it gives you privacy you don't get at a big hotel. I'd absolutely recommend it.

We booked in May for an August trip and received a confirmation from the host. Two weeks before leaving, I messaged again to check everything and sort out check-in times, but got no reply. When I called two days later, he answered and told me to call back. I tried the next day, and he said there was a problem with our booking and we'd have to find somewhere else, just five days before the trip. We'd already paid for flights and a rental car. My friend is pregnant, which is why we'd arranged accommodation well in advance to make sure it would suit her. The host gave no explanation and offered no alternative. I'm disgusted with how we were treated. Don't book this apartment. The host was untrustworthy and showed no care for guests.
