Avoid this place. The location is fairly close to the city, and the room itself is all right, but the noise was unbelievable. She does warn that it’s on a party street and can be loud, but doesn’t mention that the apartment is directly above a club. With every window and door shut, the music was still about as loud as being inside a regular club, and it went on well into the night. Cheap earplugs were provided, but they barely helped. If you can sleep inside a club, go ahead and stay here. The clubs themselves felt sketchy and gross. We had to pass them to get back at night, and I was harassed just trying to reach the apartment. I felt incredibly unsafe knowing these people knew where we were staying. The most people we saw in the club at one time was three, so most of the time the music seemed to be blasting for no apparent reason. I don’t think this is completely Lilian’s fault, but surely more could be done about the noise, especially since I know Greece has required quiet hours from 11pm-7am. One more thing: on Booking, the whole apartment group is advertised as “Lilian's Seaview party street youth studios.” But only one, or perhaps two, of her four apartments actually have a sea view. The site doesn’t make that clear, apart from an additional “Seaview” mark on the ones that do.

The view from the balcony was stunning, and the host was so kind and accommodating. The apartment was a bit small, but had all the essentials, was very clean, and had been prepared really nicely. I knew the street would be loud because I’d been warned, and it was! 😁 I could fall asleep with earplugs, though.

Avoid this place. The bedrooms are on the second and third floor, the building is old, and the photos don’t match what you actually get. The bathroom floods completely, and it’s impossible to sleep before 3:00 in the morning. I reported the bathroom problem when I arrived, but the hostess was very rude and even made fun of the situation. There was zero respect. I asked Booking directly to cancel the reservation, but she chose not to refund me, so I had to stay even though I disliked the place or lose the full amount I’d already paid. This has never happened to me before. It’s unacceptable and disrespectful. The place isn’t worth even €20 a day.

I paid 100 € a night and ended up sleeping during the day. Every night was horrible, with bars and music going nonstop until 5am. Even noise cancellation didn’t help, and my ears hurt from wearing AirPods. If you plan to party every night, this might be a good place for you. I booked a balcony with a Seaview and got a horrible view instead.

The rooms were small but had enough space for us, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice place, lovely host, and a good view of the sea. It was a little noisy at night, but we knew to expect that. Taking everything into account, it could be a little cheaper.
