Breakfast on our patio at sunrise, watching boats dock, was a dream. Each suite has its own private pool with jets, giving us privacy and a chance to relax. From Alti Santorini Suites, the views over the deep blue water were incredible, with boats below, distant mountains, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The staff were warm, courteous, friendly, and attentive. They made sure we had what we needed, from phone chargers and beach towels to help arranging car rentals and outings, and personal wake-up calls. Their service was the best I've experienced at any hotel, and made us feel at home. I'd recommend Alti Santorini Suites to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, memorable stay. For my first solo trip, I felt safe and welcome, and I'm sure I'll return. Yiota, the manager, treated me like a friend instead of a customer. My room was upgraded for no reason, there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting, and I got an overview of the island from a local perspective. The hotel is about ten minutes from the capital, so nightlife and sights are easy to reach. For us Americans, a town without Uber can be hard to figure out. Download Agean Taxi to make things easier, and bring cash since some cars don't accept cards. I had heard hospitality and customer service in Greece were good, but WOW, you can tell on arrival that the stay will be amazing.

Breakfast arrived at our room each morning at the time we requested, and we had complimentary wine waiting when we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We loved the breathtaking caldera views from the balcony and private pool. The manager, Yota, was personable and attentive, shared her favorite spots around the island, and quickly answered our questions about restaurants. I'd recommend renting a car to explore. We only wish we'd stayed longer, and we'll be back!

We spent 4 days here and had an amazing stay. The service made everything feel easy and well taken care of, with every staff member welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. The view was breathtaking and made the trip memorable. It was a relaxing visit, with a comfortable feel and beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff made this vacation for us, especially the receptionist who shared tips on places to see around the island and handled our table bookings. Thanks to her, we ended up at some gorgeous spots and always got the best table with a great view. Alti Santorini was a wonderful choice too: clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. I’d happily recommend it.
