Panorama Boutique Hotel

We loved this hotel so much that we chose to spend one morning just enjoying it. It was our favorite stay on our Greece honeymoon: a spacious, clean room, a huge balcony with an amazing view, and a sunset as good as anywhere on the island. The location in the middle of fira put us near lots of shops and restaurants, with easy bus connections around the island and to the port and airport. The pool was nice, breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were really sweet. It felt very safe and was great quality for the price. There’s nothing I’d change. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the hotel rather than the suites, in a roomy standard room with a caldera view. The rooms were clean, and the view was incredible. It’s easy to find, with access from one of the main streets. I believe a lift serves the whole hotel, but not the suites. Breakfast was great at the rooftop bar, v lounge. The pool is quite big for Fira, though it’s within the Panorama Suites, reached by lift and then a few flights of stairs. We ate down there too, and the food was good with that same incredible view. Would definitely recommend!

The photos are exactly what you get, and I honestly can't think of a fault after our two nights here in August. We hadn't booked it for the pool specifically, but I'm so glad it was there. When it gets really hot, being able to cool off and relax by the pool after lunch is lovely. Breakfast was five-star, with delicious iced coffee, and the view at night and sunset is stunning.

Our reservation got mixed up, but the staff at Panorama stepped in and made it happen. We appreciated that so much, and we'll be back. The service, food, location, and people were all wonderful. The views are spectacular, and Maria in the breakfast area was magnificent. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel.
