The pool area is great, with plenty of sunbeds and good Wi-Fi there. The location is handy for the beach and restaurants, and if you're not planning to cook for yourself or use Wi-Fi in the apartment, it could work really well. But for self-catering, the kitchen is dark and dingy and has only the bare essentials. There was no chopping board, sharp knife, or bottle opener, and the apartment's 1960s decor is very tired. The cooker was dangerous. We found a hotplate still on the next morning even though all the controls were off, so it was replaced. The controls were almost worn away and hard to read. I later found out they were in Greek, though that wouldn't have made them legible anyway. Air conditioning costs an extra £150 for a week. Bar food is only available in the morning and early afternoon, not in the evening. Wi-Fi was virtually unusable in our apartment and the signal often disappeared. There's no repeater, and the three Wi-Fi points around the site don't get through the apartments' concrete walls.

The staff were really friendly, and there's evening entertainment if that's your thing. The pool area is lovely, and the location is great for the beach, bars, and restaurants. The apartments are a bit dated, but that's pretty normal in parts of Greece.

We picked this hotel for its location, and it suited us well. It's a little back from the main strip, so it's quiet, while still lively enough for families in the evening. The bar service was brilliant both day and night, and the prices were reasonable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, including the rooms, which were a good size. The maids came every other day. The rooms could use an update, but they're still kept in good shape. We'd read a couple of things about the owner, but we found him really nice. We were having trouble getting to aqualand, and he offered to help us sort it out. Highly recommend this hotel.

The pool bar is open to everyone, and they regularly have bingo and karaoke in the evenings. Breakfast and snacks were good.

We spent a few days using the pool and had a wonderful time. The loungers were brilliant and really padded, which my bad back appreciated. Food and service at the pool bar were first class, and the rooms look amazing from outside. We're already looking at booking these apartments for next year.
