We had lovely chats with Georgio about Greece, life and everything in between, and Nickolas at the bar was just as welcoming, always ready with a good drink and a smile. Georgio even called before we arrived to check we were safe when our ferry was delayed during the heatwave. When we got there, he greeted us with a drink and showed us around the room. The staff made us feel at home throughout. The pool area was calm and clean, and the modern rooms were spotless. Breakfast had a good range, with different hot dishes every morning, and the bar food was tasty too. We also booked a massage through the sister hotel and appreciated the discount. It was really relaxing. There are lots of restaurants along the beach. We also went to the winery and enjoyed it. A taxi there cost €35, so it’s worth sharing the ride if you can. The hotel has vegetarian and vegan options too. We’ll definitely come back to KB Ammos. It’s a lovely place with a great pool and caring staff.

The staff all pitched in to make our stay special, and the hotel was spotless, with good rooms, a lovely breakfast and a pool that was never crowded. It was a great base for exploring Skiathos, near megalli ammos beach and the bus route, and about a 10-12 minute walk from Skiathos town and port. We visited at the end of May and beginning of June, and would have booked again for August if it hadn’t been full. We’ll definitely return. Nikkos is a diamond, and we hope he passed his exams and becomes a great teacher.

The room was spacious and lovely, and the staff looked after us so well. We especially enjoyed the generous, delicious breakfast. It was also convenient for town, about a 10-15 minute walk. We loved our stay at KB Ammos and highly recommend it.

We only stayed two nights, but the staff were friendly and gave us lots of breakfast choices. They let us check in early, and after checking out by noon we could still spend a couple more hours by the pool and order from the bar. Getting a quad bike to explore the island was simple too. It was delivered to the hotel and we left it parked out front when the rental ended. The ground floor rooms have little private pools in front. They’re unheated and very small, and the ones at the back are inches from the main pool. It made a nice atmosphere, though wasn’t very practical and wasn’t quite what we’d pictured. Still, my wife and I enjoyed our stay.
