Villa Alyona

We were there for about a week and Alyona Villa really did feel like home. Everything was new, even the kitchen and bathroom supplies, which were unused and still in their packaging. You could see how much care the hosts had put into every detail, and they were so thoughtful and kind. The villa is genuinely set up for families with children. They even had a spotless baby stroller for us to use, which was a big help since we couldn't fit ours in our luggage. We're already making plans to come back next year. Highly recommend!

The pool, playground, barbecue area, table tennis, and private parking made Alyona Villa feel like a dream place to stay. There were lots of other amenities too, and the kitchen had everything we needed, all good quality. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and local treats, and Mrs. Dermitzakis even made us her delicious homemade pastries. Antonis Dermitzakis and his wife Katharina Dermitzakis were kind, polite, and ready to help with anything. Communication was excellent the whole time. The villa is beautifully kept and thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. We're already hoping to return someday. It's the kind of holiday that leaves you smiling when you think back on it.

We loved our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. The nearby town has everything you need, and the locals are warm and welcoming. At the property, the owner greeted us with plenty of food to get us through the first few days, showed us around the facility, and shared a list of places we might like to visit. There were family games and pool equipment provided too. Really attentive service and great attention to detail, thank you!

After 46 years of holidays in Greece and elsewhere in Europe and beyond, I'd put this villa in my top two. It's a 100% recommendation on every level. Antonis and Katerina are lovely, attentive hosts who really try to meet every request. The villa has loads to use: coffee, food and drinks, laundry and dishwashing products, and plenty of bath gel and shampoo. The large open kitchen and living room have two tables, and the kitchen is very well equipped. There's a modern shower and toilet downstairs, another upstairs, and each bedroom has a balcony with comfortable seating. Outside, there's a roomy terrace with space for six and a playground. The pool runs from 20 cm at the shallow end to 150 cm and can be heated. We had plenty of games, an air mattress for the water, and a table tennis table. We also made good use of the huge barbecue. The automatic gate opens with a remote, and there's a narrow, steep drive up to Villa Alyona, with room for three cars.
