Zante Pantheon Hotel

The food was absolutely delicious. Get ready to enjoy everything on the menu, one, two or three dishes at a time. We’d rate it 10 out of 5! The rooms were cozy, spacious and clean, and the room service was great. It was quiet day and night, and the pool was well maintained with different depths, up to 1.60m. We’re only sorry our trip lasted just 7 days. We’re so glad we chose Zante Pantheon hotel and will come back whenever we visit Zakynthos. It’s a family business that’s been running for 35 years, and you can imagine how well they’ve refined the customer service over that time. Thank you, Zante Pantheon team 🙏❤️

The food was typical Greek fare, with plenty of choice, delicious dishes and very large portions. We were on bed and breakfast, and the continental meat and cheese breakfast was fine for us. Some nights we ate out, and other times we had lunch around the pool. The cocktails were amazing, especially The Panthion, with Baileys cream, chocolate sauce and a special surprise! 😍 It’s about a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket, along a fairly busy road. It felt a bit dangerous at night, though fine in the daytime. We walked to the beach front and bigger shops in about 20 minutes at our pace, but took a cab back because walking uphill in 30 degree heat was too much. The location won’t suit everyone since it’s not right on the beach, but we liked having a quiet haven away from the bustle of the sea front. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the owners were lovely, and the friendly staff were happy to help with anything. It isn’t a five star hotel, but we didn’t pay for one, and it suited us perfectly. We’re going home tomorrow and feel very sad. I’d definitely come again! 😃🌞

A warm, welcoming place, although it’s a little way up a hill. Breakfast was good, and the service at dinner was terrific.

We were a young couple and felt very comfortable here. It was a quiet, beautiful hotel, very clean, and the rooms were furnished in a lovely modern style. Our room, the pool and the balcony were thoroughly cleaned each day, and everything worked smoothly. The balcony was large, with a side view of the sea. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Everything looked just like the pictures. The owners were kind, helpful and accommodating. It’s also very pet friendly: leftovers weren’t thrown away but given to the animals in the backyard. We didn’t try dinner, though it always smelled good. The nearest beach club is a 10 minute walk away. I’d recommend renting a car at the hotel to explore the island. We had a good car for 35€ per day, and the whole process went smoothly. The place left a positive impression, and I’d choose it for a relaxing, uncomplicated holiday.
