We were upgraded to the larger apartment, which was fantastic for our family of four. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with lovely decor and careful attention to detail. The area is quiet, with a supermarket nearby and both Thira and Oia close by. We'd highly recommend these apartments.

It's about a 20 minute uphill walk to Imeroglivi, and a little way out of town, so a car would be useful. The airport shuttle costs 10 euros per person, with a 30 euro minimum. Inside, it's a wonderfully comfortable place with exposed rock and natural timber, a warm house with a fireplace and wood, cooking facilities, good WiFi, hot showers, and comfortable beds. The staff are lovely and helpful with ordering dinner, tours, car hire, and other services. We also appreciated the small comforts, like a mini bar with pasta, sauce, and recipes to cook for yourself.

The host was so kind and helpful, recommending restaurants and other places to visit. Our room was cozy, and the view was amazing. We really enjoyed staying at the Old Vourvoulos Houses and would love to return.
