We were a tired group of seven with kids, and ended up waiting three hours past the stated check-in time in the parking lot while the cleaner finished. When we called the owner for an update, she just told us off. Once we finally got into the two units, the upper terrace had no chairs or sunbeds, even though they were shown in the photos. The owner said they weren't there. We took four chairs from the lower unit and had to share them for breakfast. The next day I found two sunbeds in the small outdoor storage area. They were filthy, but with three days left I cleaned them so we could get some use out of them. The service was plain rude, and the stay was awful. Three days later we checked out and found a cheaper place in Pyrgos that was a mention, Amorous Villa! It had a pool, coffee, tea, snacks, and a host who met us and helped with our luggage and the kids. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Santorini had seasonal weather that stopped the main ferry company from bringing people to the island for several days, so there was no way for me to get there. The hotel knew about it, and I have proof from the ferry company, as well as the fact that no ferries arrived. Still, they kept the money for all three nights and wouldn't discuss a credit, partial refund, or anything else. I understand a no-refund policy for a no-show, but this was affecting the whole island. They showed no customer service and seemed content to benefit from other people's misfortune during conditions everyone knew about. For a boutique business, that felt disgusting and badly managed. Not a business I'd support.

Quiet, pleasant place. I'd recommend it!

Our room was number 2. The air conditioner made noise whenever toilets were flushed in any of the rooms. The shower drain cover was risky too, stepping on it could easily cause an injury. Hospitality wasn't great: we waited more than half an hour for the room keys, and the cleaners came at 3 instead of between 11 and 2 as they'd said. We'd left the room at 11 so they could clean, then had to wait until 4 to sleep, which meant we didn't get enough rest.
