The restaurant staff handled even the busiest periods smoothly, like a well-practiced team, and still found time to smile and help. Everyone was friendly, and we felt genuinely welcome. The food was fabulous, and the staff were wonderful throughout. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely shower room and a very comfortable bed and pillows. There are two nice pools, though the open sunbed and pool area wasn’t quite to my taste. Plenty of other guests enjoyed it.

The staff are what make Lesante Classic. Ilia welcomed us outside when our coach arrived, and looked after us throughout. Yannis, the manager, was friendly and knowledgeable; Aida at the inside bar was helpful with morning coffee. Effe(s) at breakfast understood what we needed, and our baby loved her attention and cuddles. Andi at the pool bar took lovely care of us and our young baby, who adored him. The outdoor freshwater pools are nice but unheated, so they were hard for a baby to use. On sunny days you can use the very warm indoor spa pool until 12pm, or until 1pm on rainy days. Families can also use the play park out back, and there’s a little church on site. Our Deluxe double room had been beautifully renovated and looked over the vegetable patch, where they grow tomatoes, peppers and aubergine. The overhead shower looked fancy but had weak pressure and needed a proper limescale clean. More broadly, the floors, pool tiles and grouting need repairs, which can make the place look shabby. The spa treatment itself was lovely, and the Greek Massage was AMAZING, intense at times but worth it. The rooms are beside reception, the gym and squeaky lifts, though, and you can hear every word through the glass door. The design looks nice but doesn’t work well for a spa. At the end of my treatment, they switched on the lights without warning, which broke the relaxing mood. A gentle heads-up would have been better. We were very happy here, but the facilities don’t yet feel five-star. It has the potential, and I understand more renovations are planned for 2026. I’d recommend Lesante Classic, just not at a five-star price or rating yet.

Maria and Ilia at the front desk were kind and helpful all through our stay, and the staff as a whole went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We spent six days at Lesante Classic Hotel & Spa, and the clean, modern, luxurious facilities lived up to the five-star rating. It’s a peaceful location, around five minutes on foot from the beach and ten minutes from town. Most other places are over 30 minutes away, so taxis can get expensive. It’s ideal if you mainly want the pool, spa and beach. Breakfast could use more variety, though the young man cooking eggs fresh each morning was friendly and accommodating about my halal needs. We couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel and staff made the trip, and it was a perfect, calm luxury break with what we needed on site.

The location was just right, about three minutes from a local beach and an eight-minute walk to town, shops, restaurants and bars. It’s very child-friendly, but there’s also a lovely adults-only pool and sun lounger area on the other side. The food was among the best I’ve ever had. Staff were attentive and helpful, and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The suite was modern, spacious and clean, and seemed to have been renovated recently. We spent seven days and nights there. Room service was a bright spot: the food tasted and looked much better than the breakfast buffet and half-board dinner, and those staff were friendlier and more attentive. Breakfast was hard to enjoy. Staff cleared tables abruptly, sometimes while we were still talking, reaching across our faces. Plates and cutlery clattered loudly as they were stacked nearby, and the noise gave us headaches, so we often cut breakfast short. We also saw leftover food scraped into a pile near us, which didn’t feel appropriate for a supposed five-star hotel. The staff were efficient, but the service lacked finesse. Checkout was listed as 11:00. A cleaner knocked at 10:30, and the receptionist called at 10:50, which felt like pressure to leave early. There was no valet to help park or maneuver the car, and the concierge wasn’t reliably at the entrance. Some parts of the stay were enjoyable, especially room service, but the experience didn’t meet five-star standards. Based on our travels around the world, I’d put it closer to three stars.
