The food was pricey and not very good, and there are other hotels that seem like better options. The parking area is so cramped that you have to move your car to let someone else park. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, too. They also charge for every visitor, so you can't just have someone come by.
Good value for the price, and the location puts you close to all the shopping areas. I'd recommend it.
The parking situation was frustrating. Even if you arrived first, they might take your space and send you to another one, including in the rain. There was mud around, and music from guests drinking in the hallways kept playing without staff turning it down. Service felt mediocre, with staff either giving you whatever they felt like or making faces when you asked for something. They didn't even provide a bottle of water.
The room layout felt odd, and if humidity affects your breathing, I'd avoid staying here. The place was clean and the atmosphere was okay, but roosters in the annex start up very early and woke me.
I used to like staying here. On my most recent visit, though, the rooms seemed to have gone downhill in quality. It gets very hot, and there's no fan or air conditioning.
