Hotel Sabana

I was very disappointed. I had booked and paid for a room with a balcony, but at check-in they said all the balcony rooms were occupied. They put me in a much worse room instead, with no balcony and only a small window covering the whole wall, which felt dark and uncomfortable. The staff acknowledged that better rooms were available, but wanted extra money to move me, even though the hotel hadn't honored my booking. If they can't provide the room category booked, that's their responsibility. Asking me to pay more to fix their own mistake was very poor service. I wouldn't recommend the hotel or stay there again.

We liked the location and the free unlimited coffee at the desk. Our double room was simple and basic, but clean and sufficient, and the room service was fine too. Special thanks to Jose Madrid at the desk, who helped us figure out how to fit our luggage in the borrowed car's trunk.

I chose Hotel Sabana after doing some research and was impressed by the clean, comfortable rooms and the additional facilities. I highly recommend it.

I had no hot water or water pressure, and the bathroom was dirty, disgusting, and falling apart. The towel was so thin I could see through it, the wall light by the bed was broken, and I was charged twice the posted rate. Staff seemed indifferent. There was no Wi-Fi or purified water. I could keep listing problems, but what's the point? Don't book this place. There are much better options for less. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list a place like this.
