Natz Hotel

The location by the shuttle stop was handy, and the staff were kind. I had a four-bed dorm to myself for one night, and it worked out perfectly. There was a kitchen and an AC unit I could control in the room. The beds were a little bumpy from the springs, but not terrible.

The laundry service worked well, and the place is cheap. I stayed twice for one night each time, and both rooms smelled, maybe because of the drainage. The first had AC, though it was loud, and noise from nearby places carried in. The second only had a fan, and its somewhat broken window let in quite a bit of noise too. When we asked about the empty filtered water, they just said they were out. I don’t know why they didn’t refill it. It’s fine for a night if you don’t expect much.

You can watch the sunset by the lake, which is right next door. The hotel was very clean and quiet, with spacious, comfortable dorms and friendly staff.

We were left waiting in the heat for over half an hour because passengers hadn’t shown up. This was after booking a tour or bus tickets through them. When I called the owner to ask about it, he was rude and disrespectful, then hung up on me. The service was really bad.
