It was pouring, and the first two motels were full, so my buddy and I ended up here. A young adult took our money and pointed us to a back room. Maybe the sheets had been washed in the last couple of days, but the only towel was already soaked from drying off before we started sweating. The water never warmed up, and the stifling room never cooled down. You could make out the adult programming through the grainy interference. It cost 75 quetzales for 2 hours, about $10. I had fun and would go back if my buddy who cruised me in Parqué Central came along. I should've brought dry clothes or an umbrella. Bring your own toiletries and towel.

I stayed almost a week. It’s basic, but comfortable and affordable. The metro is really close, and I could walk about six blocks to Mercado Central and four to the palace.
