On my first visit to Guatemala City, I spent my first night at the Citadin in zone 10, one of the nicest and safest parts of the city. Eveling greeted me and was very kind and helpful while getting my room set up. I thought it was great value for the money and really enjoyed my stay. I'd highly recommend it, even if you're only in Guatemala City for a night or two and want to explore the area.

The price felt fair for what you get, and I have no complaints. The location is safe, the rooms were spotless and well equipped, and the internet connection was reliable. Once you've booked, you can check in or out at any time because they provide both a room key and a key for the hotel entrance. The service was excellent.

Zone 10 was quiet and had plenty of shopping centers. The rooms were clean, breakfast was very good, and the home-cooked meals were great. Everyone was friendly, and Ms. Sherley and Eveling were especially welcoming. Excellent service and a great experience!
