The staff are kind, the room is very clean, and the shower has hot water. There’s everything nearby, and for the same price range this place is by far the best. I really recommend it.

The room was so small there was barely space to move, and the toilet and shower share one tiny space. When you shower, everything gets wet, which felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. The building was hard to find, and getting in meant going through a pedestrian pathway that felt uncomfortable. The elevator was extremely slow and almost always full, a hassle going up or down, especially with luggage. The photos on Agoda don’t show what the place is really like. The accommodation didn’t live up to its photos and description, and I wouldn’t recommend it even for a short stay. There are much better options in Hong Kong at a similar price.

We booked five days and four nights for 11k pesos, expecting the room to match the pictures. Instead, we were given a room in block E on the sixth floor that was so small you could barely move. The only good thing I can say is that it’s in the center of town.

The location was convenient, but the rooms were tiny, seemed poorly maintained, and had noticeable cleanliness problems. The overall comfort and quality fell short of what we expected at Comfort Guest House. It might suit budget travelers who just need somewhere to sleep for one night, but anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay should consider another option.
