The staff weren't friendly, and I didn't feel safe there. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, with a heavily stained blanket, see-through towels, and so much mold that I was gagging. I can usually put up with anything, but I couldn't finish my stay. They refused to refund me, of course. Do NOT stay here.

The only real positive was the woman at the front desk, who was helpful when we checked in late. The place was dirty and hard to find, with a tiny room, a leaking shower, and cockroaches everywhere. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Pay a little extra and go somewhere better.

My room had no hot water, and the beds didn't look anything like the pictures. This place was absolutely horrible. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

We moved to the island the next morning and found a much nicer place for $500 a night. By then I'd lost all trust in the management, so I wouldn't leave the $100 key deposit. On our second night, we returned to find our key card wouldn't work. The manager told me he'd deliberately deactivated it because I hadn't paid a deposit at check-in. That's true, I had no cash on arrival, but he then expected me to go to reception with cash. At night, the lift queues in this building can make that a 20 minute trip. With our belongings in the room and a third night booked, it made no sense to think we were stealing the key card. After 15 minutes, a man came back and reactivated it. The room on the third floor, Block D, was tiny and extremely damp, though the man there was pleasant. The building is an unpleasant, dirty, damp arcade. When we arrived, the manager took my passport, spoke with staff about possibly kicking someone else out of their room for us, then slapped my passport on the counter and told me to come back after 7pm. I refused, and they found us a room on another floor. I wish we'd checked the Google reviews before booking. Agoda and Booking suggested an 8 star rating, which makes me wonder if the owners posted fake reviews themselves. Other reviewers called them scam artists, and the service and stay were the worst we've ever had. Avoid this place. The management was awfully rude, and the rooms disgusting and tiny.
