Arthur, Pana and Selina made a real difference. The concierges were warm and genuinely personable, and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The messaging service also made requests easy, with excellent communication from the staff throughout. I was impressed by the fitout and service, especially after staying at the Grand Hyatt in another city. The rooms are huge, with quirky, distinctive designs and high-quality furniture, and have the feel of a Hong Kong residence. It's in the heart of SoHo, surrounded by internationally rated bars and close to Central MTR, in one of the coolest areas. If you're not staying at The Peninsula or Four Seasons, this is a hidden gem for value and location. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Everything you need in a flat is here, including a kitchen with an instant hot water dispenser. Our twin suite was lovely, with a comfortable sofa in the living room and a very nice bathroom. It was a comfortable stay, and the location right in the heart of Central was perfect. Highly recommend.

I come back to this hotel whenever I'm in Hong Kong. It's always clean and comfortable, and the location works really well. The front of house team and cleaners are consistently friendly and helpful. Rolf from the reservations team deserves a special thank you. He was incredibly responsive and helpful during booking, making things smooth right from the start. Great service all around, highly recommend!

It's a bit pricey, but the staff are so sweet and kind. The rooms are super clean, and they can help with anything you need.
