The service stands out most. Staff regularly checked whether everything was all right, and the welcome, check-in, check-out, and response to requests were fast and efficient, above average for other Four Seasons properties I've stayed in. Interactions felt warm and personal. Daily in-room touches, including small gifts and different fresh fruit, added to the experience. The Club is generous and well run. The location is excellent, with the ferry terminal about five minutes away on foot. There are many restaurants in the building and several outdoor pools. The building and some facilities feel dated. Guest rooms have been renovated and are in excellent condition, but the shower pressure is a little low. The spa and fitness center are functional and well maintained, though noticeably older than current Four Seasons standards. They may need renovation in the near future to stay competitive, based on the status in January 2026. Four Seasons ratings: Service 8/10, Value for Money 10/10, Infrastructure 8/10, Privacy 5/10. The main areas below average are the dated facilities and infrastructure compared with newer Four Seasons properties.

Maggie in the spa deserves a shout out. She was my masseuse twice and was incredible. I might even fly across an ocean just to see her again! The hotel itself is pretty standard for Four Seasons, with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, quick elevators, and great water pressure. The spa, gym, and pool were inviting and well maintained. Being above HK station and near Central station made it easy to walk to most places or use public transport. Everyone was kind and helpful, and we got a special treat in our room for my husband's birthday. My one real complaint is just a matter of taste: the music in the steam room and sauna could feel more spa-like and less like soft 80's pop.

We booked the Executive Harbor View Room King. Right in the heart of Hong Kong, the stay was exceptional, with breathtaking harbor views, impeccable service, and world-class dining. Four Seasons sets the bar for luxury hospitality.

Dear Four Seasons, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Everyone I encountered was polite, cheerful, attentive, and wonderfully helpful. Linda, the head concierge, was outstanding, and Dennis, the Executive Club Manager, was such a warm, pleasant, kind person, a genuine gem. Marcus, along with Christina, Christine, and Alisa, whose name I may have wrong, were also lovely in The Executive. Even Marcus in the fitness area was fabulous. What an amazing place.
