Compared with a few other hotels we’ve tried in the same area, this was our best stay. The price is right, the location is convenient, and our room was super clean with a spacious bathroom. David at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful, and Spencer was always polite and pleasant. Auntie Wan, the cleaning lady, did excellent work too. Friends from Toronto recommended Hotel One Eighteen to us, and we’re glad they did. We’ll book it again on our next Hong Kong visit. 😍👍👍

Housekeeping was attentive and caring, and Ada and Siu Hung were super efficient. At reception, Angel, David, Nick, and the rest of the team helped make everything smooth and pleasant. We really enjoyed staying here and plan to keep coming back!

As a local who used to live in this area, I like how many eateries popular with locals are within walking distance, along with Causeway Bay. You can enjoy the convenience while avoiding the busy feel of Causeway Bay and Tsim sha Tsui. The hotel’s boutique size and limited number of rooms also make it quiet. Reception kindly let me check in early and upgraded my room.

I’ve stayed here twice over the past few years. Both times the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a quiet spot with the MTR, tram, and local buses close by. I’ll definitely stay again.
