The view from our apartment was spacious and tranquil, and the cleaning was thorough. It was lovely coming back to a fresh apartment after a long day out. We stayed for two weeks while visiting family in HK over Chinese New Year and loved it. The staff made us feel so welcome, and after that long stay, I miss them. Our 6 month old was happy to see the restaurant staff every morning too. We’ll definitely be back!

I used a Klook coupon for high tea. The service was excellent, though the food was just average, nothing special but acceptable. It was very quiet, and a peaceful lunch with friends would be a nice option. The location felt a bit far and inconvenient, but bus 12K gets you close, with only a short walk.

We stayed for 2.5 weeks. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and everyone spoke English. Some of the junior staff were very rude, so the service could be tough. It’s also a difficult location if you have a stroller.

Even when a typhoon hit during my stay, I could spend time in the lounge without any problems. The lounge was comfortable and handy for drinks and meals, and the staff were very friendly. My room was spacious with a great view, and the whole stay felt like a home away from home in Hong Kong. There’s a nearby bus stop and a supermarket in the building across the street, so what you need is close at hand.

The view from the room was superb, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and super accommodating, and the shuttle to Central was very convenient. It would be good to have limited shuttle service outside peak hours too. There was enough on offer at breakfast for us.
