Cruise Hotel

I stayed for two weeks, and the hotel’s restaurant was a real highlight. The food was very good, and the staff, including the manager, were friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of people came in to eat, especially for a hotel restaurant. Housekeeping and laundry service were good as well, and the stay didn’t disappoint. It could take quite a while to travel from the hotel to the places I visited each day. The front desk staff knew the surrounding area well and could help with more unusual requests too. I asked about a stationery shop, and they told me where one was nearby and directed me there. Really great!

The room was great, and it’s good for introverts since there aren’t many people around. It’s far from shopping and sightseeing spots, which may be why. The room is non-smoking and has a smoke sensor. Shower temperature is adjustable, and the water pressure is good. The fitness room even has dumbbells, which is good compared with other hotels. There’s also a swimming pool, but it stayed closed from my check-in through checkout.

The free shuttle to TST and West Kowloon train station was extremely useful, and I used it several times. The hotel is good value, in a good location near kai tak and many local spots. Desmond was super nice and available during check-in, arranged a great room for us, and made a late checkout possible. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in hong kong.

The hotel is spacious and beautiful, in a prime location, and the property was clean and well maintained. There’s also a distinctive lobby with a café serving a variety of juices and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend visiting.
