Regal Kowloon

The room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from MTR stations, bus stops, the TST Promenade, and Avenue of Stars. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, too. I only wish there were a bidet. Everyone, from the doorman and concierge to reception and housekeeping, was accommodating and courteous. We had a taxi problem when we arrived, but Assistant Manager Mr Dennis Dulay solved it promptly and gave us such great service that the trip felt easy and stress-free. One of the best hotel experiences I've had. I'd recommend it and book here again.

I’d heard plenty of good things online about the hotel’s customer service and staff going above and beyond, and I got to experience it myself. Norja and Dennis made our stay memorable and hassle-free with their great service. They were giving the same service to guests after us, too. I’ll definitely return and recommend the place to friends and family.

We had an amazing three-day, two-night stay at Regal Kowloon Hongkong. Our deluxe room was well kept, bright, very clean, and roomy enough for two adults and two kids, which is rare in Hong Kong where hotel rooms are usually so small you can hardly open your luggage. The area was another big plus. It's walkable to Nathan Road without being right in the middle of all its noise, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the MTR made it quick to reach many points of interest. It was a five-minute walk to the MTR entrance, or ten minutes to the train platform, and the harbour area was 10-15 minutes away on foot. A Red taxi from the airport took about 30 minutes and cost around 300 HKD, payable in cash. We walked to the taxi stand and arranged it there, with no pre-booking or Uber app needed. Bus and MTR rides were well priced at $1-4 CDN$, and tapping a credit card at entry worked well, though with three of us we needed three different cards each trip. The hotel location was good, and the room temperature stayed comfortable throughout our stay, but I expected the rooms to be more comfortable. The interiors looked dated, with just two chairs, neither especially modern or comfortable. Lighting was low in the room and bathroom, and there were few plugs, only two USB. The beds were very firm. The caulking looked layered over old mildew. Staff were helpful, and we got past the English language barrier with Google translator.
