The rooms have always been clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the service feels thoughtful and friendly throughout. It really feels like a home away from home. Alan made check-in easy and pleasant, and doorman Sony and the rest of the team gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived. The Park Lane has been our favorite place to stay for years when we visit Hong Kong. Looking forward to coming back.

I keep coming back to the Park Lane Hong Kong for short visits, usually a night or two, and it’s become one of my preferred spots since Marriott took over management. The club lounge is a real draw, with a fantastic harbor view, friendly staff, and a nice happy hour selection. There’s also a good-sized gym with modern machines. I do miss having a pool, since I like to swim early in the morning. Causeway Bay is very convenient, with shops and restaurants close by, though it gets busy. The hotel is lively too, but I’ve never had a long wait at check-in or check-out. Rooms aren’t especially big, but they work perfectly well for a short business trip. From what I’ve seen, the main difference is the view, either Victoria Park or the harbor. Some rooms look renovated, while others seem older. Comfortable and convenient for a short Hong Kong stay, and I’ll be back.

The executive lounge made a real difference to my trip. It was a comfortable place to work and hold meetings, helping me get more done. I spent several days at Park Lane and really enjoyed the stay. Staff were attentive and professional, the service was excellent, and the amenities were well maintained. Thanks to the staff and hospitality team for making everything so seamless. I’d gladly return.

The location is very, very good, just a few minutes’ walk from the MTR, with supermarkets and stores below and the park across the street. The concierge team were all very nice too. We booked 3 rooms, but they could only give us 2 on the same floor, at opposite ends. We waited until 5-6pm for the third, then took whatever was available. The rooms seemed old, especially the bathrooms. I’d had high expectations, especially now that the hotel is under Marriott.
