My booking was cancelled just like that, with no advance notice. The receptionist was really rude and unfriendly. I read on Traveloka that this had happened to other guests too, and that they then try to charge double if people still want the room. Don't visit this place.

The place was very dirty, and the service was absurd. I would never return.

Wouldn't stay here again.

The receptionist was very rude. Travel delays meant I couldn't make it to Hong Kong, but they refused to refund all my money and answered me rudely. Their policies feel like a way to take people's money. Please return mine. I'll keep spreading the word about how bad this place is until you do.
