The rooms were spotless, and the welcome felt warm. It was also easy to get around Kowloon from this location. Reception was kind and there whenever we needed them, day or night. We had a very good stay and will definitely return. Thank you!

The woman who helped us was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean too, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

The manager was friendly and let me check in early, which I appreciated. The room was clean, and although the bathroom is tiny, I can't complain at this price. The room itself is very small as well. The elevator might be tricky when it's busy, though I haven't run into a problem so far.

The location is really central, which was a plus. The rooms were average and on the small side. I found the woman who owned the hotel rude and pushy on the phone, especially when she was trying to get me to spend more. The bathroom light switch also often failed.

The neighborhood is great, and the staff were great too. The building felt a bit rough for the community, though, and the space was really, really small. The photos don't give an accurate idea of it.
