The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout, from check-in to check-out. The service felt warm, and they made us feel at home. The team was responsive and ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with modern amenities such as a Smart TV. The view was absolutely beautiful, breathtaking.

The room and the people were very nice. The hotel's location is great, with easy access to many places and very close to the train station. We'll book again when we return to hongkong.
