The food served in the lobby was good, though its presentation and price didn’t feel justified. That was a small drawback in an otherwise enjoyable seven-night stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, with lots of attention to detail, and the service was consistently excellent, friendly, and professional. Our room was clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the fitness studio on the third floor. The location made exploring easy, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars within walking distance. We’d recommend staying here.

We stayed five nights earlier this January and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, with the harbour-front a short walk away and Hennessy Rd. just a block away. Central and Causeway Bay are also an easy walk. The rooms were quiet, even though ours was close to the lift lobby and our kids in the next room like playing music. We couldn’t hear them at all, and the thick, solid doors kept out noise from people moving along the floor. The rooms are generous in size for a modern HK hotel, though the toilet cubicle is small. We liked the glass doors between the bedroom and bathroom, and the shower was probably the best we’ve had in any hotel. The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean, crisp, and in great condition, and the towels generously sized. There are separate A/C zones for the bedroom and bathroom/entry area, and the lighting is good. Service was friendly and professional, especially the breakfast team at Luciano's, the dinner staff at Zoku one night, and housekeeping. We’ll definitely come back to The Hari on our next Hong Kong visit.

I never got my caffe latte, even though other guests got their coffee quickly. My pot of tea had also been ordered well before some other guests, but only arrived after they got theirs. I hope it wasn’t racist, but the guests with a Western appearance seemed to have their orders taken and brought out quickly and accurately. I’m pretty sure the server was doing something else instead of working.

The terrace was stunning, with both sea and city views. As the sky got dark and the lights came on, I felt completely immersed in Hong Kong’s famous electric vibe. Having such a huge, beautiful terrace is very rare for a hotel room in HK, and I also liked the small sink in the kitchen, which is unusual for a hotel suite. We spent almost two weeks in the Hari suite. It was spacious, clean, and tasteful, and the suite stayed very quiet despite the hotel’s central city location. The service was seamlessly tailored from beginning to end. Each day brought a pleasant little surprise, and the team made us feel truly welcome. The only drawback was the somewhat limited in-room dining selection for lunch and dinner. It wasn’t a big problem, since there are so many restaurants nearby. We’ll definitely choose this place again when we visit HK.
