AKI Hotel Hong Kong - MGallery Collection

Marco’s welcome at AKI Hotel Hong Kong made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. He was attentive, professional, and ready to help, with a warm manner and thoughtful attention to detail. Elyn and the rest of the team were just as gracious, with warm smiles throughout our stay. Whether we dealt with reception, housekeeping, or concierge, staff were kind and efficient. The whole team clearly takes pride in looking after guests. Thanks for making our stay comfortable, easy, and memorable. We’d love to return.

I especially enjoyed the gym on the top floor, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The hotel was also convenient for getting to the places I needed to visit. The staff made the stay memorable. Filbert was friendly, shared a few jokes, and even printed a map in case my mobile data didn’t work. After we chose to upgrade our room, Marco made sure everything went smoothly. He also gave us a Chinese biscuit when we checked out, a thoughtful gesture. Concierge Paul, the Filipino Chinese gentleman, shared helpful travel tips and stories during a lovely conversation, and gave me a small gift. Sheryn and Elyn were pleasant and bubbly, and Jaret helped with our belongings as soon as we arrived. I hope they continue with the team after their training. Julia was accommodating too, helping me set up my SIM card and other cards for the stay. Thanks to the warm and attentive Aki Hotel Team, it was a memorable visit, and I’d gladly come back. 😊

Breakfast was delicious, and the room was gorgeous, very clean, and beautifully designed. We had a deluxe room on a high floor, though our stay was short and we didn’t get to try the rooftop whisky bar. Christol and Michelle greeted us warmly at check-in. There were also lovely personalized surprises waiting in the room, which I believe Christol and the guest relations team arranged. Everyone was friendly and chatty, and went out of their way to make the stay special. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in HK.

We liked the hotel so much during the first five days of our trip that we came back for the final leg and got a lovely upgrade. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the staff were kind and helpful, especially with our daughter. Christine at Front Desk, along with Michelle, Christol, and Marco, deserve a special thanks. The bell staff also helped us with our luggage and arranged transportation. Such a helpful, kind team! :)
