Hotel COZi·Oasis

The location worked really well for me: buses into the city are about a five-minute walk away, while the nearest MTR station is around ten minutes on foot. Getting around took roughly 40 minutes to an hour. I stayed for 17 nights and was very happy with the service. The room was a little cramped, and opening two suitcases at once would be tricky, though possible. The bed and blankets were so comfortable that my sleep improved once the jet lag passed. The staff were attentive and kind. When I had the room cleaned, housekeeping arranged my toothbrushes and skincare products neatly. They also checked politely whether I wanted cleaning after I’d slept through their first round with the “do not disturb” sign on. After I tripped outside and asked about a first aid kit, someone came to treat the wound and left extra supplies for the next day.

Hotel COZi was a great stay. The rooms felt spacious by Hong Kong standards, and I liked the location. Having a shuttle to Kwai Fong Station was especially convenient.

There’s a breakfast buffet, and a few restaurants are a five to ten minute walk away, but there aren’t shops right nearby. Currency exchange offices are at Tsim Sha Tsui. The rooms are spacious and good. The shower bar can’t be adjusted, and there isn’t much room to hang a towel. The hotel is far from the center, with the MTR about a ten-minute walk away.

The front desk staff weren’t welcoming, which added to an already disappointing stay. The hotel is in an industrial area, with very little within walking distance, so the location was inconvenient for me. I booked through lastminute.com because the listing photos showed a modern, roomy space. The room I got was much smaller and cramped, and looked nothing like those pictures. Had the room and location been represented accurately, I wouldn’t have booked here. Be cautious about relying on the photos.
