Gateway Hotel

I'm on day two of a week-long stay, and the service has already made me feel entirely at home. Staff recognized me in the lounge, anticipated what I needed, and provided thoughtful evening turn-down service, including preparing the bathroom. The suites are extremely comfortable, and the location is excellent. The Langham has long been my choice in London, and it's now officially my go-to for my annual Hong Kong trips too. This establishment is outstanding in every way. I only wish my family could have joined me this time, but I look forward to bringing them next visit so they can experience the hospitality firsthand.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We arrived to a basket of strawberries and chocolates, and fresh water bottles were replenished daily. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, with impressive variety and high-quality food. A room upgrade and generous late checkout at 4pm were a lovely surprise, and check-in was smooth and efficient, with our luggage handled promptly. This was my first time feeling truly pampered at a hotel, and it's set a new standard. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Hong Kong.

The room was spacious, with a stocked bar and crystal drink ware, plus a large modern bathroom with both a shower and tub. The welcome note and treats were a nice touch. Staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and gracious, and the location in TST was excellent, with an MTR entrance just a short walk away and everything very convenient. The breakfast buffet included Chinese options like porridge and dumplings alongside Western breakfast items. Room service from their Michelin Star restaurant was pricey but very delectable. My first stay at The Langham in TST was an amazing 5 star experience, and the staff were wonderful.

Jonathan made my stay especially memorable. He took exceptional care of me, was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, and made sure things were seamless and comfortable. His thoughtful attention to detail made the experience feel personal. The lounge was beautifully maintained, with a calm atmosphere, attentive service, and well-curated offerings throughout the day. The Club Floor added privacy and comfort, whether I was starting the day quietly or winding down. From arrival onward, everything felt calm, polished, and effortlessly luxurious. The Langham Hong Kong delivered comfort, elegance, and consistently excellent hospitality. I'd gladly return. A special thank you to Jonathan for making it such a memorable stay.
