Our first night went badly because the room we were given wasn't the one we had booked. It was small, dusty, moldy in the corners, and on another floor away from our group. The AC was dirty too, and there were holes in the walls, some stuffed with tissue. The bathroom was cramped and dirty, with the toilet and sink so close together that showering meant standing sideways. The booking mix-up left us stuck with that awful room for the night. The second room was only okay and still didn't have enough space for our luggage, though it was cleaner. Ate Julie was helpful, which was some relief.

This place is incredibly hard to locate. The complex has hundreds of guest houses, and finding the reception takes a long time. The directions say Block D, but after taking the only elevator, which has a long queue, up to the 15th floor, you find a sign saying reception is in Block C. Really confusing and frustrating.

Please update the address. We hauled a lot of luggage all the way to the 15th floor of Block D, only to learn that we needed Block C, 13th floor instead. It was VERY inconvenient.

I stayed here three years ago and it was a good place. Can't say what it's like these days.

Cheap, that's about it. At least the shower gets hot.
