Runway 1331 - Enlight

Runway 1331 is envisioned as a dynamic platform for youth development, integrating accommodation, art, culture, sports, and music. We aim to revitalize the Kai Tak area, transforming from the original Kai Tak community isolation facilities into a vibrant cultural and economic center. By hosting public activities, workshops, and exhibitions, we encourage interaction, learning, and talent showcasing among youth, as well as providing events and activities free to the public. This initiative not only supports the growth of cultural and creative industries but also promotes sustainable urban development, creating employment opportunities and enriching the city's cultural landscape. This property is a Licensed Guesthouse (General) under Office of the Licensing Authority in Hong Kong.
