8/10
The location is great, around 11-15 minutes from the Old City, and the place is nicely renovated with new Ikea furniture. The kitchen is equipped, though tiny, and the room feels much like a small hotel room with a kitchenette. It's perfectly fine if you're prepared to go without a view. The listing is misleading about the sea view. There isn't one from the apartment, and really there's no view at all: the only window faces a narrow street and has opaque foil over it. You can see the sea from the terrace, but it's separate from the apartment. The owner seems aware, since other guests have posted similar reviews.

We slept really well in the lovely bedroom, with comfortable bedding and air conditioning. The apartment's decor is tasteful, and it had everything we needed, including toiletries, coffee pods, laundry detergent, and water in the fridge. The location was perfect, and we'd stay again if we return to Zadar. The only letdown was that the shared areas weren't well maintained.
