The location made this a great quick getaway in Dubrovnik. We were two minutes from the sights, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets, and close to buses and taxis just outside Pile gate. There weren’t any stairs to reach the apartment, and it was on the first floor inside. The place was spacious, nicely decorated, and a good size for two. We got there half an hour before check-in and someone was already there. Communication about directions, including from the old port, was good. The cleaning lady showed us around and explained the appliances. Coffee, juice, tea, a map, and house instructions were provided. The TV channels didn’t work, so we used the smart TV options. We’d love to return.

Ines kept us updated about when Dubrovnik airport was letting planes land after high winds delayed our trip from Bari, and was very helpful with communication beforehand. At Nije Presa Apartments, the Old Town location is excellent, about a two-minute walk from Pile Gate, with only a couple of flights of stairs in the building. The apartment was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and had what we needed, including a washing machine, a comfortable bed, a great rainfall shower, and an air conditioning unit for summer. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

We were in Dubrovnik to get married, and the apartment is just a minute’s walk from St. Blaise Church. Ines met us, showed us to our lovely room, and told us about the building’s history. It’s been renovated to a very high standard, with original features cleverly incorporated, and it was beautifully finished, high quality, and quiet. I’d highly recommend it for a stay in Dubrovnik. Five stars!

Being right in the center is handy, though it does get noisy until quite late. The apartment had good facilities and was very clean, really, super clean! :D
