Villa Adrian

We were 13 people at Villa Adrian and had loads of room. We could have fitted even more guests without a problem. The photos show the place accurately, and in person it may be even better. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a real vacation. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, which was great for cooking together. We ate on the terrace, where the surrounding views were stunning, and spent hours there and on the balconies. Morning coffee with that view was special, and the sunsets were beautiful. All the rooms have air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The owners were delightful, always smiling and helpful, and happy to suggest nearby things to see. We felt they truly cared about making our stay memorable. The villa is a little off the beaten path, so it’s peaceful and private, but still just a 10-minute walk from the centre, shops, and restaurants. It’s a good base for exploring Dubrovnik, going to the beach, or taking trips nearby. The place brings together comfort, space, a lovely atmosphere, and warm hospitality. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone planning a bigger holiday in Dubrovnik.

The rooms were clean, and each has its own bathroom, though the bathrooms are in the hallway. The villa is about a 10-minute walk from Dubrovnik city centre and has beautiful sea views. Guests can use two fully equipped kitchens, several double rooms with air conditioning, a swimming pool, and a large dining table on the terrace.
