The owner was very helpful, and the price was good compared with nearby places. It’s centrally located for the city center, restaurants, the bus station, and more. There’s free Wi-Fi and air conditioning too. I’d book again if I return.

The room itself was clean and tidy, with a kitchen and good light, and the location near the port is excellent. The route to the apartment, including the house entrance, felt like a horror film, especially arriving at night. The owner was another matter: she seemed to resent having to work, complained about how tired she was of living, and came across as if she hated us. She took offense when we wanted to use the room’s kitchen for the one night we were staying, though we left it clean so she wouldn’t have to deal with a mess. She did make up for some of that by showing us a wide range of toiletries, something no one had offered us before.
