It’s a clean room that works well for a short stay, with a comfortable bed and a small equipped kitchen. The place matches the website photos, and the owner was communicative. Shops are nearby and the city center is about a 20-minute walk. Private parking is a plus. It was hot inside even with the air conditioning on, and noise from outside was noticeable. There weren’t enough hangers, and the room would feel small for a longer visit. It was also hard to find because there was no sign.

The location is good, though the apartment is very small. The mattresses and pillows could be softer. We had to call the host because he seemed to have forgotten we were arriving, and then he still needed to clean the apartment. We ended up waiting around an hour.

The location is good, and free parking is a plus, but the apartment felt run-down and neglected. We never saw the host, including when we arrived. A lot of the place needs renovation or refurbishment. I suspect the "Guest House" used to be a garden shed.

For the price, the room and location were perfectly fine. Our arrival was a little bumpy because they weren't ready for us.
