A really nice owner and a quiet spot in the heart of the old town. You can walk to all the city attractions, so there’s no need for a car. There’s a tasty bakery around the corner that’s ideal for picking up breakfast. Amazing guesthouse!

The location was just right, five minutes on foot to the city center and about ten minutes by bike to some beautiful beaches. The apartments were lovely, new, clean, and cozy. The host was very friendly and suggested local restaurants and places to see. We’d definitely recommend this guesthouse!

This was my fifth visit, and I’ll definitely be back. Alen, the owner, and his family do everything they can to make the stay pleasant. The apartment is in a great spot for exploring nearly all of Split on foot.

We spent four nights here, and the host was very friendly and helpful, doing everything he could to make our stay pleasant. If I come to Split again, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was neat, and the hosts are such lovely people. The location is one of the best in Split, only two minutes from the old center.
