There's free parking and access to the courtyard at this clean, comfortable apartment, which has everything you need. A playground and supermarket are close by, and the owner is very friendly. It's a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay, with free parking and a children's play area and supermarket near the building. The owner is a really nice person.
