BpR Elite Apartments - Sky Terrace

The room looked nice at first, with decent space, a small garden area outside and a sauna. They'd left water and a few snacks, and the shower had three settings. The location was handy for lots of attractions. We came during Formula 1, when prices everywhere were inflated, so for what we paid, I expected better. The apartment was only sort of clean. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell that never went away, whether it came from the cleaning products or something else. The curtains were see-through, leaving the bed exposed to the neighboring apartments. I don't know if anyone actually looked in, but it was uncomfortable. On the last two nights new neighbors moved in and shouted early in the morning. The walls are thin enough that we heard everything. The AC leaked, and the hosts texted to say a technician would come do maintenance while we were out. That seemed odd during our stay, but we didn't mind since we hoped the leak would be fixed. When I reported it, they said leaking was normal and suggested raising the temperature. With it 35 degrees outside and the room hot, that was a silly response, especially since the unit was right above the bed. The room and location had their good points, but I wouldn't stay again with those curtains and a leaking AC in summer.

This could suit you if you're traveling with a group well over two people and can split the cost, or if you want to use the second-floor sky terrace surrounded by mid-rise buildings. It's also a fit if a 10g shampoo sample per person is enough for two nights, you're fine chatting with a chatbot, and you want to help the landlord get rich. Just don't need to check in before 3pm, or you'll have to haul your luggage around Budapest until then.

We loved the beautiful apartments and the services. The sky terrace with its sauna was the best in Budapest.

Everything was bad. We couldn't get into the garage, even though we'd paid for it. Don't stay here.
