Amit checked us in and was very helpful with everything, including giving us recommendations for exploring the city. The property was amazing, super clean, and ideally located close to everything. My friend and I felt very safe there.

We had everything we needed in the lovely, clean apartment, and it even had air conditioning, thankfully, since it was 37c all week. I stayed with my wife and daughter, and the location was great for the castle district. It’s also just a short walk over the chain bridge to the livelier areas.

The staff were genuinely kind, especially when the TV wouldn’t work, and they did what they could, though it never got fixed. The room itself was nice, the air conditioning worked really well, and the location was great. But cleaning was below par: food from the previous guest was still in the fridge, and there was dust everywhere, particularly on and around the hair dryer. The iron leaked so badly it couldn’t be used. The toilet and shower walls were almost see-through, which was fine for us as a couple but would feel awkward for a family or group of friends.

Getting to the room meant taking several sets of stairs, including stairs from the fourth floor, and that was a hassle. The room also fell short of what the portfolio photos suggested. The curtains were very dirty and in poor condition, and the bed hadn’t been made properly: the sheet wasn’t tucked in and was too small for a king-size bed. Staff said they’d clean everything, but nobody came. They also mentioned compensation, then made no offer. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I’ve stayed at two other hotels in the city that were much nicer.
